This Forest has been reserved as a Scientific research site since 1953, it has extensive networks of paths from which one can view prolific birdlife that makes the forest home.

This Forest occupies an area of 45sq Km. The Forest is a Habitat for different species of Trees, Birds, a Home to Primates and Butterflies.
